Adding a Group Shout shortcut via the TSS

GroupShout keys are introduced in the system as a new type of programmable keys. In this regards, they benefit of the same management facilities than other categories of programmable keys:

•IT & voice administrators can create, update, delete and position GroupShout keys from the TSS administration console ; GroupShout keys can be linked to any type of key pages and be defined either in the trader’s personal profile or in shared profiles ;

•Traders can create, update, delete and position GroupShout keys directly from the turret interface; keys attributes can be entered manually using the virtual keyboard ;

GroupShout keys attributes are

	Description
Label	An alphanumerical characters string displayed on the key.
Type	Must be set to GroupShout.
Extension(s)	A list of extensions. These extensions can be entered either as alternate numbers or in one single extension field separated by semicolons. Extensions can be registered extensions or extensions associated to TPO places.

Extensions can be entered from TSS console for the shortcut type GroupShout. Traders can add extension with shortcut type GroupShout from TSS administration console.
