Search and Play Call

Search a call placed with particular details:

1. Go on ASC Neo recorder web interface using your internet browser.

2. Enter the following credentials:

•ID = 1st-Tenant-Admin        

•Password = 2

3. Welcome page is automatically shown.

4. Click on "Applications" and then click on "Powerplay Web".

4. Calls are displayed using the default filter in  a new tab.

 
5. Double click on the call to replay the recording.
