The table here after is taking into account PBX compatibility matrix with 10.1 version. Cisco CUCMCisco end of Maintenance: The last date that Cisco Engineering may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, Cisco Engineering will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the product software.
IPtrade 10.1 is not anymore tested on versions which will be "Cisco End of Maintenance" within the next 6 months that follow 10.1 GA release date.
Here are known dates for IPTrade not anymore supported CUCM versions.
Partners and customers are free to test on their own older CUCM versions depending on their needs but IPTrade cannot guarantee anymore the full compatibility with such versions.
AvayaAvaya PBX are supported based only on DDI sharing setup with video feature support on Avaya Aura 8.0, Avaya Aura 10.1 and Avaya Aura 10.2
Avaya IP office v11.0 is supported based on the DDI line sharing setup. The BT Trading system platform does not support Avaya IP Office high availability fail-over.
Existing calls on the turret would drop in TPO Failover with Avaya IPO since IPO do not keep the Media Connection Preservation in this case because Media IP has been changed.
