Usage

The time zone feature is mainly managed by the bootstrap component.

To enable the feature and properly configure the turret's time zone and daylight saving time, IT & voice administrators have to define the appropriate options in the boot setting configuration.  

Each time turret is restarted, the bootstrap checks whether these options have been updated or not and applies the new values when needed.  Note that the last operation requires an extra reboot of turrets in order to make these changes permanent.
