Trap check & trap launch decision

When system checks a trap, it compares current variable value to trap condition value and to value of related variable when last trap check has been done (previous value):

•If the previous met trap conditions, no new trap is generated whatever the new value.

•If previous value did not met the trap conditions and new value meets them, a trap is generated and sent to the trap targets.

PDU trap related to SNMP variables are always sent containing current related variable value.
