Multiple profile import

It is possible to import multiple profiles at a time through System/Phonebook/Advanced Shortcut Import. Administrator should manage to enter an optional ProfileUId in the CSV file (see template CSV file by pressing Download Template). IP Trade ProfileUId is always coded on 9 characters. So, good practice requires use of a maximum of 8 characters for ProfileUId when creating it.

•The first import Overwrite existing data with import data option creates new profile and, if given ProfileUId is not present in database, automatically generates a name.

•The second and third import options (Merge existing data with matching import data and preserve other records, Merge existing data with matching import data and delete other records) merge given ProfileUID data with existing profile UID data in database. If given ProfileUId is not found in database, an error is displayed.
