IT&Operations > Job Policies

Scheduling of job policies could be "One time only" or "Periodically".

In "One time only", set up the date and time of job policy execution :

onetimeonly

In "Periodically", the periodicity could be by "Day", "Week" or "Month".

By "Day", the time is the only setting to have :

periodically_day

By "Week", specify the time and the day of the week :

periodically_week

By "Month", specify the time and either the nth (1-4) day of the week or the day of month:

Monthly jobs must also have a starting month and a month interval. An interval of 1 will give monthly executions while higher will extend the delay between each execution.

The following example is to be executed every 2nd Tuesday of every months.

periodically_month

Another example of monthly job, here to be executed on the 4th of every 3 months.

periodically_x_month

Warning : the start date/time must be a future date/time, otherwise the job will never be executed.
