Prerequisites

The wizard assumes that administrators have

1.configured the necessary extension/devices in the PBX

2.If DHCP is used :

 - TSS FTP server IP address is configured on DHCP option 171

 - If Cisco CUCM is used the required DHCP option for cisco phones is also used by the wizard.

If these prerequisites are not met, it does not prevent the wizard to be run, however less configuration may be retrieved automatically and administrators will have to provide missing information to the wizard by editing the configuration manually.
