Prerequisites

Before installing Netrix, the following are required;

•A working TSS / TPO

•A Netrix with an Octasic overlay (see Netrix Installation Limitations for Hardware Compatibility information)

•Basic knowledge of how to set up / configure the TSS and TPOs

•Netrix Suite in suitable to be uploaded to the TSS (1018-Rx.x_x.x.zip)

•Netrix Base Data to be unzipped and uploaded to the FTP Server (NetrixData_Rx.x_x.x.zip)

•DHCP option 171 with TSS server details. For Netrix with a static IP address, the TSS server details must be configured manually.

•DHCP option 42 with NTP server details. For Netrix with a static IP address, the NTP server details must be configured manually.

•The EPLD version should be 3 (refer to Programming Instructions for Netrix EPLD upgrade TN171 Issue 1).

You may optionally also need;

•Netrix Suite in BT Session Manager format (if migrating turrets from BT Session Manager)

•Netrix Suite in ITSadmin format (if migrating turrets from ITS)
