Limitations

Netrix has the following limitations;

•It only supports DDI sharing lines it does not support primary or secondary lines.

•It only works with CUCM Session Persistence mode no other fail-over mode is supported and it needs to be in this mode even if there is only one TPO.

•Immediate Logon with Password is not supported

•The following types of Shortcut are not supported

oAttendant

oCollection

oDispatch to Group

oExtension

oIntercept Key

oIntercept Key Hold

oIntercept Key Incoming

oOpen Line

oRaw Audio

oTrigger

•A limited set of colours can be assigned to a Shortcut (values are case insensitive, and hexadecimal colour codes are not supported)
