Note that there is a dedicated topic about video over DDI lines limitations.
Here are the video related limitations:
•Video call is only supported on Cisco CuCM 8.0.3 (and later)
•Video call is not available on T2 XMA based solution
•Only one single video call at a time oLet's say outbound calls are initially in send/receive video state. If an ongoing call is video and user initiates a second call, second call is going to be audio only. If two outbound calls are in ringing state, the first to be established is going to be video while the other will be audio.
•Video call can not be initiated from a standard conference call
•Initiating a Standard conference disables video.
•Initiating an adhoc conference requires an external Video Conference Bridge to work properly.
•Only H264 Baseline Profile(BP) is supported
•Only H264 Single NAL unit mode (NAL unit) is supported for RTP output stream (see Rfc3984 )
•Only H264 Single NAL unit mode (NAL unit) and H264 Single-Time Aggregation Packet type A (STAP-A) are supported on the input stream
