Limitations

User Options > Peripheral devices > Headset > Jabra

•Only one headset is supported. The user cannot use the headset connected to the turret and connected directly to XMA2 at the same time.

•Hot unplugged/plugged of the USB cable is only supported without XMA

•Hot unplugged/plugged of the power supply is only supported without XMA

•Video streaming redirection to the headset is not supported

•Skype for Business reacts to inputs from Jabra headsets unconditionally when plugged in through USB. This is a Skype for Business issue and the only way to avoid it at the moment is to close Skype for Business completely.

Depending on your configuration you might also hear a busy tone while the line is open, we have not yet been able to determine which setting in Skype for Business causes this.

You may encounter other issues in other versions of Skype for Business but the root cause stays the same; We have no way of telling Skype for Business to not use the headset.

T4-Flex limitations :

•profile.setting.hdswapdevice is limited to HS1 or HS2, no combination

•The "Computer Audio" of the Jabra Engage 75 (Configuration by using Jabra Direct) should be set to Always instead of Instant because it seems very slow compared to Jabra Engage 65.

•Disable Desktop mode by using Jabra Direct

•If the Jabra headset is docked (on the base), the call will be dropped after 2 seconds. If user prefer to remain on the call, ensure to pick up the headset.
