PBX line forwarding

PBX forwarding is an option which is disabled by default. Enabling it makes the forwarding rules to be stored on the CUCM instead to be applied on the terminal itself. That way, CUCM centralizes one and only one rule by line, and thus, avoid conflict.

Because PBX forwarding activation prevents forward rule conflict, it is highly recommended to activate it when users are authorized to change forwarding rules.
