Do not disturb forward

Do not disturb forward rule is stored as a line property the TSS. It can be edited through the TSS console. Do not disturb(DND) forward rule is only applied by the terminal (It doesn’t affect PBX forwarding rule at all)

DND Forward Target

In TSS administration console:

•Go in Account Management à Users

•Click on a user

•Click edit icon next to a line in Credentials table in order to access User Authentication Edition form

•In Automatic action part of the form type DND Forward Target in

•Press Update button in order to validate changes

DND Global Forward

The DND Global Forward allows to define a global forward target when the user is in DND mode :

Key: profile.setting.dnd.global.forward Description: Allows to forward all primary and secondary lines when the user is in "Do not disturb" mode. This setting is not affected by the setting "profile.setting.forward.whitelist". Constraint: The target extension of the global forward Related settings: Enable forward/divert/transfer whitelist (profile.setting.forward.whitelist.enabled) Allowed extensions for diverting/forwarding/dispatching (profile.setting.forward.whitelist)
