Usage

Analytics allows to monitor the changes of line subscription state on the Turret users. It can be used to check that there is always a user subscribing to a specific group line for instance.

Both grouped DDI lines and single line can be monitored but only a dashboard monitoring grouped DDI lines is created by default on Analytics. This dashboard can be edited to your liking.

Here is an example of the dashboard where three users are changing the subscription state of their group lines:

•The graph on the upper left shows the line subscription state of each line that are part of the line group selected in the filter.

•The graph on the upper right shows the number of users per subscription state for the line group selected in the filter.

•The table on the bottom shows all the line subscription events received for the line group selected in the filter.
