Call log events

Following call events are reported to the TSS

•Call established

•Call on hold

•Call resumed

•Mic button pressed in monitor slot (switching to handfree)

•Mic button released in monitor slot (switching to Loudspeaker)

These events are linked to a call log entry using its UId.
