Configure

In a group intercom over CISCO configuration, two kind of users exist:

1.The trader which talks to the intercom over CISCO (named below "the talker")

2.Users who listen to the talker (named "remote parties" or "remote users" below)

The talker must have a shortcut direct intercom present in its shortcut with numbers of targets

The Direct intercom mode option in the Settings / Intercom of the profile on the TSS Administration console must be defined as CISCO.IPT is the default value if the option is not initialized.

(1)One CUCM device with intercom line must be available per remote party in the group;

(2)Proper network bandwidth and speed must be provisioned to enable voice traffic between IPTrade components.
