Prerequisites

Cisco Finesse Server is part of UCCE solution. Request to login, logout and change state are sent to Finesse Server. Finesse Server is a Contact Center Server add-on. Minimum Finesse version is 9.1

Users are configured as Mobile Agent on Finesse Server.

First of all, mobile agent used by turret user must be configured on Finesse server and device and lines configuration must be done on Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM). See Cisco documentation to configure them.

Once configuration done, following information must be available to configure Turret user's Contact Center settings:

- IP address of Finesse Server

- Mobile Agent user identifier

- Mobile Agent user extension

- Mobile Agent password

- Mobile Agent connection mode

- Mobile Agent dial number

- Reason code when user turns in Not Ready state

On TSS Console, line used on Finesse server and on CUCM can be configured as primary, secondary or DDI sharing line independently. It doesn't change anything as long as line is registered on CUCM.
