A New text message is available

When a new text message reaches the console, it appears at the top of the list of messages.

The new inbound message is marked as unread (a right-directed orange arrow) and will remain so until the operator actually reads its contents. A sound notification can be enabled so that the operator is notified even when he is not looking at his device screen.
