Usage

Prerequisites

•The user is logged in

•A direct intercom shortcut is available and configured with the number of the person he wants to reach trough intercom; this can be either the user's primary line or the Default DDI line of a user having DDI lines only. See the corresponding limitations there.

•It is supposed that the configuration has been properly done (see Configure section)

Basic scenario

The user needs to talk to one of the other user through intercom. He presses the intercom shortcut and talks to the other user by using the microphone

FlexCom

Direct intercom are also used with FlexCom, see Direct intercom.
