Each end-point (CuCM device) consumes 2 SIP stack TLS engines.

The communication

By default the number of SIP stack TLS engines is set 401 to allow to support 200 devices.

This value can be changed by the key:

SIP Stack Max TLS engines
Key: application.sip.stack.maxTlsEngines Description: The maximum number of TLS engines. TLS engines are used to give a set of properties to a TLS connection. The default value is 5 for Skype for Business and 401 for CuCM secure communication.
