Activate CAPF Service

Solution Integration > PBXs > Cisco > Secure Communication > Configure > CuCM Setup > Mandatory Requirements

Here are the steps to activate CAPF service:

1. Log into the CuCM Administration console

2. Navigate to ‘Cisco Unified Serviceability’

3. Click on Tools -> Service Activation

4. Select the Server and click on Go

5. Check on ‘Cisco Certificate Authority Proxy Function’ and click to Save button


		CAPF service used TCP port 3804. All network components (firewall etc..) must let TPO to access to this port on the CuCM
