Limitations
•Deployments are limited to a maximum of 200 TPO registered SIP extensions. •Only TPO-registered lines are supported. Standard SIP endpoints such as software phones or hardware desk phones are not supported. •Asterisk-dependent features are limited to basic DDI functionality: oInbound and outbound calls oCall hold (including music on hold) oAttended and unattended call transfer oDivert oDispatch •Features handled entirely by the TPO without PBX involvement are supported: conference, delayed notification, etc. •Only the G.711 codec is supported •MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) is not supported •Video calls are not supported PBX Failover limitationsBT Call Server (powered by Asterisk) does not replicate live call state between nodes. Only configuration is synchronised. Any call in progress at the time of a Primary node failure will be dropped. There is no mechanism to migrate an active call to the Secondary node. Following a Primary node failure, the TPO will detect the outage and re-register lines against the Secondary node.
