Take a Debug Information on the faulting turret while “Error” contact is present in the faulting LDAP group.

Go in SystemInformation.txt file • Useful shortcut pages • Generic data and search the faulting group in group table. Copy the corresponding line UId value.

Go in SystemInformation.txt file • Useful shortcut pages • LDAP additional data and search the copied UId value.

At the end of the corresponding line, Status column contains error details.

“rtn value” and “error” fields contains LDAP API error codes.
