We’ve received a Wireshark trace of TPO plus debug information of particular turret for audio analysis but we don’t have SIP related messages.

Take the debug info of turret and TPO and move to call tables. Extract listnPrt values of calls (turret side) you wish to analyze. Extract mastercall port you wish to monitor on TPO debug info(link between system information and CCL file). Then filter Wireshark accordingly.
