Call Dispatch Key

Call Dispatch Keys are shortcuts which allow user to dispatch the call currently handled by the selected handset. When user presses the Call Dispatch Key the active call is dispatched to the extension of the pressed shortcut.

If the selected handset doesn’t handle any call when user presses Call Dispatch Key, the turret will dispatch the call handled by the other active handset if there is a call on it.

Pressing a Call Dispatch Key when there’s no active call on any handset has no effect.
