Usage

Using the recording or replay line from the user's perspective is a matter of pressing on the configured Open Line shortcut.

Using the recording line

Upon calling the line, the user hears the welcome message explaining what key to press: 1 to listen to the currently recorded message or 2 to record a new message.

If the user chooses to record a new message, they hear the recording start message and a beep tone. the recording stops after a configurable timeout or if the user presses the hash key.

Once the recording stops, the post-recording menu message plays: pressing 1 will play back the new message, 2 will restart the recording and 3 will validate the message.

Upon validation, the message is saved and the user hears the validation message.

Using the replay line

Calls to this line are automatically answered, the currently recorded message then plays and the call is closed as soon as it is finished.
