TPO Place

The place configuration is pretty straight-forward; You just have to create 2 unregistered* lines in the cluster (one to record and one to replay) and create a new place with type "Voice Broadcast".

1.Set the Place type to "Voice Broadcast".

2.Estimated number of local participants allows you to specify the estimated number of simultaneous connections to the places, including both Recording and Replay lines. This value is used to optimize TPO resources usage.

3.Specify Recording channels to use for Replay line calls recording. If replay line calls are recorded on different channels, be sure to provide enough channels to host all the calls which might happen simultaneously on the replay line. If the number of simultaneous calls exceeds the number of defined recording channels, some calls might not be recorded at all.

4.Select which line to use for recording and replaying, this is the lines the users will use from their turret to connect to the place.

5.You can also setup custom messages for the recording menu, more messages can be uploaded through the Announcement Messages option in the System tab.

6.You can define a Wait Delay. TPO applies this delay between the moment it picks up an incoming call and the moment it starts playing the Recorded message.

*The lines can be registered on a PBX, in that case other registered devices may also call the recording and replay lines directly without specifying the cluster DNS name.
