1.There is no limitation regarding how many Preset keys which can be defined in a profile. 2.The system requires every extensions programmed in Preset keys to be defined in a line/shortcut/contact key as well. Up to the present, the system does not automatically check that this constraint is observed when updating or deleting keys within the profile. 3.Individual call devices are not stored in a preset shortcut. Each call is restored in the original order, but using the first free loudspeaker device. As an exception, call device associated with a preset shortcut will be restored if this one contains a single extension and the device is free. 4.A Preset key's state (opened or close) only depends on the user's actions with the key; it does not reflect any other call action (place, terminate) done on one of the individual key's extensions. For example, if the user presses a Preset key that opens two calls and then manually terminates one or both of them, the key's state will still be opened (green). 5.When operating in on-demand mode (see Settings section above), a Preset key cannot be used to establish the voice circuit using a Shared DDI key. However, there is no such limitation when operating in the default mode. |
