TradeSense Installation

Overview

This document describes the initial installation and configuration required for TradeSense.

First and foremost, TradeSense hosts two applications that can be enabled/disabled on demand : Assure and Analytics.

Second, TradeSense hosts a series operational components that deal with updates, security and communication with the TSS.

•Assure pro-actively monitors BT T&C infrastructure, automatically detects and reports issues.

•Analytics provides live metrics about BT T&C infrastructure via customizable dashboards.

TradeSense is supplied as an Open Virtual Appliance (OVA) - a single, compressed file that can be deployed onto a vCenter Server or ESXi Inventory.

TradeSense VA comes with a minimal firmware, it must be upgraded to the latest available upgrade bundle in order to benefit from the latest bug fixes, performance improvements and features.
