Speakerphone mode

The speakerphone function allows multiple persons to participate in a conversation opened on a dealer board. This can be either by only listening to the far party on the speaker while the trader continues using the handset or by having input/output audio of the handset associated to respectively the microphone and the speaker. In both cases, feature set is similar to what is available when the call is held on the handset.
