DHCP Configuration

IP Trade devices are able to use DHCP to automatically obtain their network configuration.

TSS and TPO

It is mandatory to use fixed IP addresses for those devices.

Turrets

When configuring the turrets from Web Wizard or Web Admin, a DHCP option is available in the Network options.

When DHCP is enabled, TSS servers FQDN can be retrieved manually or automatically (and in this case, the default value for DHCP option is 171)

To configure DHCP option 171 with both the primary and secondary TSS, you can separate them with a semicolon.
Example : tssva01.test.com;tssva02.test.com

Limitations

DHCP lease time must be superior to 24h.

A turret must always get the same IP address.
