Creating a scheduled recurrent job to export user activities

This scenario illustrates how to setup a recurrent job policy for exporting user activities of users belonging to a specific zone (“System” zone).

From the menu entry System>Job Policies, click on Add new.

Enter a job name and set Task Type to “Trigger user activities export”.

Select “yes” for “Task scheduled” property.

Set the appropriate period for the export. This sample have set a periodical export every day at 02:00.

Optionally administrator can enter a file prefix for file generation (here IPT_)

Click on “Save and Go back” to commit changes.
