To enable the feature

Below setting needs to be configured in tpo.
 application.direct.intercom.enable = false - Default value is false (no intercom).  

If TPO is tagged as "CIA" in the TSS, we don't need this setting, direct intercom will be enabled automatically.

The CIA TPO is supposed to be the "central" TPO for direct intercom. If for testing you need another TPO to handle direct intercom calls, this setting can be set to true.

application.direct.intercom.slot.count = 100 (default value)
